“We don’t think that young people like myself can’t possess homes and automobiles because we’re hustlers where I come from,” he explained to the host.
“We don’t believe you have to be a specific age to possess something since it all comes down to your intelligence and hard work.”

A woman who has not been identified has gone after the gospel musician Joyce Blessing’s reputation, making serious allegations that two of her children are not for her husband.
Joyce Blessing’s indiscriminate lifestyle, according to the woman, has made it hard for her to identify the biological father of two of her children, leading to her being labeled a “prostitute” who sleeps with practically every guy she meets.
After bringing Joyce Blessing’s uncultured and rude lifestyle to light, the lady who appears to know the ins and outs of gospel artists revealed that she has gotten death threats from some of Joyce Blessing’s acquaintances.
She believes Joyce Blessing has gone so far as to give unworthy people a taste of her honey pot that she has no idea who her children’s biological father is. Joyce Blessing, she claimed, has failed in life since she has prevented her children from knowing their biological father.
She went on to add that promiscuity has tainted the Christian religion because of Joyce Blessing and other men of God in the gospel fraternity.
Nigerian Actor Jim Iyke has revealed to us how money may buy us happiness, despite the conventional belief that money can’t buy happiness, which we all know and have heard.
Jim Iyke arrived in Ghana a few days ago to participate in the Madina Stars In Worship program, and we were fortunate to have him share his opinions on the money with us, explaining how it can make us joyful.
According to Jim Iyke, a friend taught him that money is the sixth sense that allows you to utilize the other five senses more effectively, and while he didn’t clarify, we assume he was attempting to convey that money affects practically every aspect of human existence.

He went on to say that another individual taught him that money can buy happiness if you know how to give it out at a program where the majority of the participants believed that money couldn’t buy happiness.
According to Jim Iyke, money can only purchase pleasure if you know how to give it away from the proper way, which we feel means assisting people in need and doing the Lord’s work.
How many of these power-packed superfoods are already in your daily diet.
We all know that the brain is a high-performance machine, controlling essential operations like breathing, heartbeat, movements, senses, and thoughts (among many other functions). But a high-performance machine depends on high-quality fuel. Consuming processed and refined foods and beverages can be harmful to the brain — affecting optimum brain function, and contributing to physical problems like inflammation, as well mental-health concerns, such as depression. Conversely, a clean diet, which puts an emphasis on whole foods and limits processed foods, promotes better brain health. Here are some foods that are great for brain function, and can be easily incorporated into daily life.
Blueberries Blueberries are a superfood in many ways. They can reduce type-2 diabetes and cardiovascular risk, and they’re also an incredible brain-boosting food. The antioxidants in blueberries can increase focus, improve mental health, prevent age-related memory loss, reduce Alzheimer’s effects, and lower dementia risk. When older adults in good health drank blueberry juice daily, they showed increased brain activity and improved memory after just three weeks. In another study, after 12 weeks of blueberry consumption, MRI imaging was used on older, healthy adults while they engaged in a cognitive challenge. Eating blueberries led to greater brain activity and enhanced blood oxygen level-dependent activity.
Broccoli Like all cruciferous vegetables, broccoli is packed with nutritional benefits. This veggie has certain chemical properties, such as the phytochemical sulforaphane, that makes it a powerhouse for brain health. Sulforaphane activates antioxidant responses.

Johannesburg, South Africa (CNN) – In the early days of November, laboratory technicians at Lancet Laboratories in Pretoria, South Africa, found unusual features in samples they were testing for the coronavirus.
Essentially, a gene was missing in what would be a normal genome profile of the virus. PCR tests weren’t detecting one of their expected targets, a signal that something about the virus had changed. Just a few days later, the same phenomenon was reported at Lancet’s Molecular Pathology Department in Johannesburg. Dr. Allison Glass, a pathologist with Lancet, said the discovery coincided with an increase in positive cases of Covid-19 in parts of South Africa.
In the province of Gauteng, which includes Johannesburg, fewer than 1% of people were testing positive at the start of November, but this rose to 6% within a fortnight and to 16% by Wednesday. The discovery “raised concerns that we were in for another surge,” Glass told CNN. “Our first thought was: There goes our quiet December and a Christmas break.” Three weeks later, what the South African scientists had stumbled across would be known worldwide as the Omicron variant of the coronavirus.
The spike in Gauteng didn’t go unnoticed at the Network for Genomics Surveillance in South Africa (NGS-SA). Its director, Tulio de Oliveira, called a meeting for November 23. He told the New Yorker: “We heard from one member in our network that a private lab, Lancet Laboratories, had sent in six genomes of a very mutated virus. And, when we looked at the genomes, we got quite worried because they discovered a failure of one of the probes in the P.C.R. testing.”
CERI rapidly upscaled testing of samples in Gauteng and found the variant appearing very frequently. Tulio later observed on Twitter that in less than two weeks the new variant “dominates all infections.

I Lied To My Son That His Father Was Dead, See What He Did To Me After Discovering The Truth
My son and I have been living happily before some people who does not want my happiness revealed what I have been hiding from him because of what his father did to me when I was carrying him in my stomach. It all started when I was about to graduate in school, I met him when he was trekking home.
We talked and exchanged numbers, that is how we started to communicate until the unfortunate happened. I told him I was pregnant and he told me he can’t father a child and I should find how I will do the pregnancy. I told him I can’t abort the pregnancy and he still insisted I find a way to terminate the pregnancy in other not to tie me down and I left in anger.
I wept for my life, being the only child of my parents I thought about the negative side if it happens I followed his instructions then I made up my mind not to terminate the inoncent child.
My parents were really mad at me to a point i don’t know what to do, I was frustrated, I became I laughing stock. Then I went for service, I was in service when I gave birth to him. He became my hope my everything, I always feel delighted whenever I sees him.
After service I looked for a better job I can be doing in other to provide for him. Though my parents called me to come back and I said no to them because I don’t want them to see me and my child as a burden. After my son grew up he always asked after his father and I kept lying he travelled.

Wendy Shay has sought out to Reggae veteran Rocky Dawuni, asking for advice on how she might be acknowledged by the Grammy Academy.
Rocky Dawuni has been nominated for the 64th Grammy Awards, marking his second nomination in as many years after receiving his first in 2016.
Many people in the Ghanaian music business have speculated that Rocky Dawuni must be doing something right to be noticed by the Academy and that he thus has the blueprint to being nominated.
Wendy Shay, on the other hand, has refused to allow her ego to hold her back from achieving greater heights, despite the fact that many musicians refuse to acknowledge Rocky Dawuni’s international recognition and will not humble themselves to learn how to do so.

The Stella Vita Camper Van has a 450+ mile driving range and comes with 57.4 square meters of solar panels.
Via: Flickr The automobile industry continues to warm up to the electric and solar-powered car segments. Until a few decades ago, this is something we probably never thought would make it into the real world. From 1955, solar-powered cars had made a huge mark in the industry, and bythe late 20th century, they were set to become the next big thing.
Companies such as Atlis Motor Vehicles and Aptera Motors, among other well-established brands, are making battery-powered vehicles integrated with sophisticated solar panels but with the capabilities of an ordinary gas-powered car, if not more. As far as we know, solar-powered cars have a lot of potential, and may soon dominate the industry with their use of renewable and inexpensive energy.
Students from the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands have designed and built a solar-powered camper van. This 22-student invention has the interior of a motorhome and a driving range of more than 430 miles. The Stella Vita – as the students call it – has already earned itself the insignia as the world’s first solar-powered camper van. The model gets its energy from large solar panels, which have been integrated into the lifting roof. The inside looks like a pimped-up version of a full-size RV, with enough room to sleep, cook, and work.
On September 19, the camper van was driven on a 1,242-mile trip from Eindhoven University to the southern tip of Spain at a town called Tarifa. The Stella Vita camper van completed the journey without stopping to charge.
